We had a very dilapidated house which we wanted to renovate and enlarge.  From the initial meeting we knew that Josh was someone whom we could work with and rely on. His quotation was clearly set out and agreed with the architect with a 9 month completion period. They worked long hours in freezing conditions to get the roof on and the house waterproof before Christmas.

We had originally agreed to have an outside company fit the kitchen but when we were let down by them Josh stepped in and supplied and fitted a kitchen to at least an equal quality and probably better.  

 

We found all his workers conscientious and extremely hard working and the building was to a high standard. The tiling in the bathrooms (five of them) was very good and precise. In fact all of the finishes are excellent. They also landscaped and fenced the large garden so that we could just move in.

We live abroad and so were not able to keep a day to day eye on the building, however Josh kept us up to date with emails and sent a weekly progress report with photos. He always responded immediately to any queries by emails and texts.

In short we are extremely grateful to Josh and his men for building us such a nice house and would strongly recommend them.
